We had chicken salad sandwiches on 16 whole grain bread (love the organic Silver Hills), broccoli sprouts, spinach leaves, and baby carrots.

Green salad with chicken, avocado, extra garlic, and whole grain flax bread. I don't use the small bowls when a salad is the main course, a mixing bowl for each of us is what I consider a proper serving

lunch was a small chunk of Brie cheese with a baguette, grapes and a sliced pear. Hubby had a large chunk of Brie! lol Followed by an apple each.
