I watched the council meeting yesterday - what a mess and a disgrace the Ford brothers are to the city of Toronto. BIG BULLIES. Running in the chambers, yelling at the gallery, mocking other council members for drinking and driving when he just admitted he did the same more then once! Rob Ford was like a lion, always prowling the chambers, he didn't sit still for more then a few minutes. They might be from a rich family but one thing money can't buy is class or intelligence!
FYI - Rob also admitted last night on one of the many shows he was on that he has snorted cocaine in the past....what has he NOT done would be a better question!Last edited by VeeVee; Tue, Nov 19th, 2013 at 10:05 AM.

Ford Nation show pulled after one episode due to production costs. However the Fords will be welcome guests on other Sun shows.

^ nope, cracked me up was not on purpose, but i guess it is quite fitting haha
and his brother, totally! i was thinking about that while watching a snippet of the Mansbridge interview. why is his brother/bodyguard always there?? is he there to step in and try to control the direction of the interview in case rob falters?
my theory still stands about doug being the one who controls rob to some extent. i think doug is the one with the deeper ties with bad people. he probably is the one encouraging rob to not step down, and hold onto that seat of (non) power as long as he can.In 2020 I had 100 FREE Grocery pickups! Dr. Drew's point about letting him get help before he loses is job is valid, but council and councillors who were close with him have asked him to get help or just take some time off to get away from the media spectacle and settle down. What council did the last couple days was in response to the fact that Ford was absolutely defiant in getting any sort of help. He says he's working with a team of health care professionals but the only thing he's admitted to having a problem with is his weight.

Interview with Matt Lauer from "Today Show"
Lauer accused Mayor Ford of playing a game of semantics.
“The best excuse I heard you give for using that crack cocaine is that it was in a drunken stupor, and I’m wondering if that is supposed to make anybody feel better?”
“No, not at all, but show me the (crack) video,” Ford replied. “I want to see the video, I barely even remember it. I was very, very inebriated.”
Lauer asked the mayor, “Let’s say you go on one of those (drinking binges) and the phone rings in your office at 3 a.m. on a Saturday night and something has happened in the city of Toronto. Will you be capable and stable enough to handle it?”
“I’m very fortunate that hasn’t happened,” Ford replied, then turned it back on Lauer:
“Say your son or daughter got killed in a car accident and you’re plastered out of your mind at 3 a.m. in the morning, are you able to handle that?”
When Lauer suggested people might want a mayor with the same “fiscal responsibility” but less baggage, Ford answered, “They’re not going to find another Rob Ford.”

Heard bits of that interview this morning. He was deflecting the question. Having your child killed in an accident and being wasted is not the same as having a wide-spread city emergency (ie. flooding and wide-spread power outages that stopped major parts of the city like transit and communications) to have to deal with when you're completely off your face.

David Price, who is Ford's logistics director, Ford family friend, individual in apparent need of anger management classes, and the guy who allegedly called into the Ford's radio show under different names, defending them, is no longer working at city hall as his job was lost in the shuffle.

And, a class action lawsuit is being prepared against Rob Ford. They're currently recruiting claimants.
