Just a quick question, what happens if the cashier forgot to scan your card... Can you get those points back?

I got a cheque in the mail for the Finish dishwashing tabs for $7.38. I forgot how much I spent but they were on sale, got 5,000 pts and I used a coupon. I was afraid I wouldn't the full amount back, but I think I did.

I would try calling them, too. I've only used the online points inquiry once (close to the end of an offer period), and never received a reply. After waiting about 3 days, I decided to call. The offers from the previous week had expired and the representative was unable to see them, making things awkward. I was awarded the bonus points based on the honour system...don't know if they'd still do that. The rep suggested calling instead of submitting online. If you can get through, that is!

On another note: Loblaws is running a promo of buy a 5lb box of clementines for $3.99, receive 2000 points. Mine rang through with the 2000 being credited TWICE (but only one box purchased)! I double checked my personal offers to be sure it wasn't there, which it wasn't. I dunno what happened, but I surely won't complain!

Is this at all Loblaws stores? I got a box of clementines on Friday, not knowing about this promo, but there were no points. Just want to know if I should bother calling PC points about this?? An extra 2000 points would definitely be welcome!

Never mind my last post...I just saw this offer in the Loblaws flyer. I have sent in a points inquiry and hopefully will get the points added to my account.

any problems with not receiving points just go to customer service and speak to a lead service manager and they can apply your points on the spot, they did it for me with the pizza's after the sale was over and I used my rain check.

Ditto! I did the same thing at customer service 2 weeks ago with the pizza deal. We had a blast together doing it actually. It truly was the highlight of my shopping trip as we all laughed so hard together.

    I am heart broken.
I finally went in to use my 20,000 point offer. Total was $201 an after coupons it was $170. I SHOULD have gotten 40,000 points but I didn't, came home and checked my account online and it says the offer has been earned. I got the points for all the other loaded offer I used.

    BOO. I legitimately bought groceries.

I've got the campbell's soup deal this week (yipee!!) Just wondering if anyone had limits or troubles getting multiples of this deal (I'd like to pick up a few dozen cans) - or pricematching this deal (no frills has campbell's on for .67)

I am loving this program- any info would be great!

You should have no problems. I did the following four times already : grab 20 cans, ask the cashier to use 20000 points from my account to pay for the cans, get 20000 points back, rinse, repeat. No issues, although one of the cashiers wasn't familiar with the process of paying with points (this program was very recently introduced in Quebec and they are not used to it yet).

If it is an emailed offer, you need to do it only once. The offer will show as earned and not valid the 2nd transaction

Thanks! I was wondering about that- So, I'll have to do it all in one fell swoop, no worries. I have enough points to redeem for one big purchase.

Mmm.. tomato soup with grilled cheese...

The Campbell's soup offer is in Loblaws flyer (at least in QC), so there is no quantity limit.
