Ahh, had the most awesome burgers on the BBQ tonight. I've decided someone needs to invent a cheese that tastes like the cheese you pull off a cheeseburger, fresh from the grill. Warm and melty, tastes like burger and BBQ sauce. Nom nom nom.

I was thinking about that oh so tasty cheese from my homemade burger. I have made mozzarella cheese before from regular milk with a kit online, still have ingredients. What if I made mozzarella with a bit of liquid smoke, bbq sauce, chipotle powder? I'm excited by this idea, think I will try this soon!

Go, Zonny!
Well, my husband hasn't been eating much lately - he's quite thin naturally, but usually has a good appetite, even though he eats only once a day. I'm sure it has to do with his back pain, and the meds he's on.
Anyway, I guess I'm justifying us getting KFC for supper - it's his fave of absolutely anything, and even though he didn't eat as much as usually, he ate a fair bit - at this point, any calories are good calories for him.
