Last night was a bit rushed so it was pizza and a side salad.
Tonight is going to be a bit rushed too so I'm thinking slap downs and more salad...... Chapman's Dutch chocolate yogurt for dessert

Swiss Chalet for us tonight. DH hoped to have enough ribs for lunch tomorrow, but DS was a hungry kid and ate most of the leftovers!

For supper, I made roasted potatoes, and a concoction with strips of pork loin, onions, and carrots - spiced up and garlicky. Was going to the sink to get a bit of water for it before putting it in the oven, saw some iced green tea left in my glass, and used that. Well, it was awesome - gave a tad of sweetness to the dish, and it was quite good!

I like the Club House gravies, too. My fave is actually Swiss Chalet packages, which aren't easy to find, so when I do, I stock up. They make 2 cups instead of one, like CH, and the gravy is tastier, and richer. Lately, I've been able to find them at Sobeys.

BBQ'd chicken is on the menu tonight with whatever I pull to go with it. Perogies/fries from the freezer I think and veggies.

Love that steak & poutine, it looks sensational. Sushi looks pretty amazing too.
