I have not been happy with this either because of all the gliches. I have had it since it started but not have cashed out yet. The bonus offers always get sold before I can get in. Sometimes, I will check before buying if and it is available but right after I buy it, I will try to upload the receipt and it will say the offer is sold out. So many times, the receipt is approved and your account is still not credited the money.

I had something similar happen...somehow their system gave me extra/duplicate credit by like $5, because I had multiples of the same product, and I requested my cheque, didn't get an email but got a confirmation message inside teh app saying cheque request will be processed soon. While all this was happening I had emailed Snapsaves, about two days before, enquiring about how to claim multiple offers on same receipt (uploading receipt multiple times etc). And they took over 3 days to get back and Because I didn't want to risk going over the 2day receipt posting period, I uploaded it multiple times and their system got confused I guess? So when I received an email back from help desk, I was told that she would have to cancel my cheque request coz there was a mistake; my balance when i checked the next day, had gone from 0 back to like $25 (as opposed to the 30 from before). So you likely didn't get extra money, they probably canceled your cheque request, discredited some purchases and brought your total down to $5. That is really really low compared to the 35.50 you initially claimed. So get on it fast! They take a few days to reply back too, so the sooner you enquire, the better. Goood luck!

Sometimes I buy multiple items,upload receipt and get money back only for one item,even their offer stated no weekly limit.Sent them an email 2 weeks ago,they did not reply.

I've only had the app for maybe 2 weeks now. At first I thought it was awesome and I bought a lot of the things on there. But now that the new week came and nothing much changed, I see what everyone else is saying. Now I only get maybe 1 or 2 bonus offers each day and it's not always stuff I'd buy anyway. I go first thing in the morning after I take the kids to school and I haven't had anything sell out on me yet, luckily. I just requested my cheque for $33 after reading all the difficulties others have had. I think I'll hold off on using the app until I get my first cheque and make sure everything is OK.

Wanted that Activia offer that appeared today. Had already prepurchased movie tix for 11 am. so couldn't get groceries before. Offer was gone before the movie was over. They go too fast

I think I read somewhere that offers can be demographical as well as people who have the cell app can get different offers than the computer version. I joined in Jan and not even close to $20 yet. Guess this will be the kids "back to school" account. Should be able to cash out by then. LOL!

Looks like all the produce bonus offers are now only .50, I'm all for that if that means twice the amount of people can cash in on it and I don't need to run to the store at 8 am in order to buy some.

Wow, here goes my first post ever!! I have to say that I have been reading these threads for a long time and several people just love snapsaves and are disappointed with checkout 51. I know a lot of people are disappointed with checkout51 because they don't offer more produce. Yet not too many people are unhappy with Snapsaves offering Aveeno products for 5-6 weeks in a row. If I have to stare at another Aveeno product for another week, I'll puke. As much as checkout 51 allows only 1 offer to be claimed per item, at least we all get a chance. Nothing has been more frustrating for me than to come home and try to claim something and it has been sold out. Now I "claimed" my $20, 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them at all. We'll see what happens. Can you tell I am not that happy with Snapsaves? Just giving my 2 cents. Thanks for allowing me to vent.

just read their facebook page, someone said it has been a month now and she have not heard anything on it..sigh.....for me its two weeks by tomorrow......hope I will get an email
