I wanted to send out little playdate cards for Summer but I can't because our lawn still isn't done.

We're still waiting for dirt to level out the area where we want to put the climber. We've been waiting since October. First they had to wait to Spring, now they don't have enough dirt (FIL's friend's company is doing it for cheap).

I want the climber up, not sitting in the box. Sick of walking the kids to the park and not having people over because our yard isn't done.

same here, need to buy a new car but will have to keep mine going for awhile.

gas is so expensive.
I'm spending $500 a month on gas

and my car is going to blow up on the 401 any day now......
I need a new car.

The Sobeys has a 25% off sale (store closing) but the prices are still higher than regular sale prices

Is this the one on front st? I went in a couple days ago and NOTHING was on sale! I was hoping to find the Van Houtte coffee on sale because I'm getting low and don't have coupons and hate the thought of paying nearly $10 for a bag of coffee.

No this is the one on Bloor. But not worth the trip. It is waaaaaaay smaller than the Front Street one and never had a lot of stuff to begin with

I have enough cash to see my dentist for an exam and get two x-rays on teeth that likely need fillings. I don't have money for filling work (and I looked at my 2007 dental bills to get an idea of what I had paid in the past).
Summer, be good to me in the job market and income stream!

My walk in closet ( DS's former bedroom) is getting too small. Either I have to purge or DH has to build on and make it bigger. I like the building idea

Our living room rug needs replacing. Younger dog chewed it up a bit when she was a teething puppy last fall. Finally found a decent replacement at a decent price online - extra good that it was with a retailer who had given me a discount code the other week.

Tried to order the new rug: I applied my discount code and the browser froze, messing up the transaction and eating my discount code. Had to phone customer service - they'll send me a new discount code on Monday. I hope that the rug that I want is still in stock then! And you can bet that I'll use DDs' fully-functioning desktop to make the order when I do, not my dying laptop!

My condo has a leak downstairs, the super came to check my unit to see if it was coming from here, turns out its from the unit above me. Now I hear them hammering, most likely tearing a part of a wall down.
Dodged a bullet this time! Happened before and the people had to pay out of pocket to fix the wall.

Trying to do some computer work and pay my bills but my baby keeps hitting the Backspace button and smacking the keyboard, and she chuckles when I hold her hand AND toddler does not wanna take a nap "No, I no wanna go sleepy"
