Did something happen with Miranda Mak? I have a trade I'm waiting for from her and just tried to pm but her profile says "banned". http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/members/miranda-mak/
Always interested in trading!

I received 2 trade envelopes today. In the first one the trader sent 2 coupons with the wrong expiry than what was requested. Not a big deal, but I likely won't end up buying the product before these coupons expire, which is why I requested an expiry for next year for them. In the second envelope the person completely left one of the coupons out. It's only $2 missing, but I traded her $17 in coupons in exchange for only $12 to begin with, so $2 missing makes it really unbalanced.
What should I do here? Asking either person to fix the mistakes seems extreme and not worth the price of a stamp, and leaving a neutral also seems extreme because they were probably just innocent mistakes, yet somehow leaving a positive rating seems inappropriate also. What should i do?Wishlist & Tradelist: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/413172-...a/#post6553213

Maybe email the traders explain what happened and see if there's something they can do digitally. For example, maybe you collect stouffers pins or cinema pins or some other points thing and they could do some thing small to help balance it out by sending a code or pin.

I woudl def ask for the trade to be correct once agreed upon i would expect to recieve that it could have been an pversight but def bring it to the attention of thtrader an experienced trader would not want a blemisha nd would gladly fix it, an inexperienced trader wouldalos not wanta blemish and may have just been an honest mistake either way i would not want someone to take advantage of you being a new trader

Personally, I would ask them to fix it, or at least mention it in the rating
A lot of traders who get negatives have issues like this before they do not send

I think it is only fair to let traders know when there is a mistake.
it is than up to them how to handle it.
It is not fair if they do not know there was a mistake and have no chance to fix it.
I know I have made over 1000 trades and double and triple check each one and have made the odd mistake which I have quickly fixed once I know.
But if the trader had not told me I would never have known.
