Thanks for that very needed info mm!!! I gotta feeling I'm going to be feeling pretty out of it!!!! I don't sleep on planes at all but I'll try.
Our plane leaves here at 6:30 p.m. for London - arrives there at 6:25 a.m. ( 7 hour flight ) their time, then we hang around the airport for 3 hours and leave London at 09:40 and arrive Istanbul at 3:30 p.m. their time ( 4 hour flight) which really will mean 9 a.m. in our time!!! holy crap ....... so your saying have a one hour nap if possible and then get out and walk around, good dinner and drinks and try to sleep later, well I guess that makes sense just hope I don't get to feeling dizzy which I do without any sleep. I'm just not the type to fall asleep easily on a plane but I pray I can.............
any other tips are welcome......

The principle is you want to force your sleeping pattern early sleep on the first flight.
Have breakfast on the plane coming into London.
Have something again during your lay over, walk. walk some more.
Do not sleep more than an hour on the next flight.
Go Go Go to your hotel.
20 minute cat nap, and go again.
Dinner, drinks ...
Then you crash...
and all is good in the morning, just a hang over!

Hello every1.
Sounds like you had a good w/end. It was a busy, fun one for me. The two Halloween parties really wore me out. Got to bed abut 3 on Fri. night, I guess Sat. morning, & about 2:30 last night. I'm really tired.
Good thing I don't have to get up for work in the morning, or I'd be calling in sick.
Will post pics when my friend sends them.
Ecat, you're getting excited, I can tell.
Rocky, congrats on your new gold.

Evening Q sters,
Finally got thru reading all the posts since Wed. finished work Sat afternoon & got the grass cut before dark. today was laundry day, clean the house day before this afternoon's race. Jr won the race & Jeff finished 2nd. it was an exciting Hendricks, 1,2 finish. Oct 24th marked the Hendricks family, 10th year death anniversary of his son, brother, 2 nieces & 6 other people associated with the Hendricks organization in a plane crash into the side of a mountain, in the fog, on route to the Martinsville race. There was a small memorial service on Friday & the win was dedicated to them. 3 more races to go till the end of the season.
Sorry to hear about poor Lily. Hope her booboo heals soon.
Hope you're back to your own self Loocie.
Wow good deal on your tooth, 22. sounds like you had a very busy Halloween weekend too.
Have fun on your trip, Ecat. You might want to pick up some melatonin to help you sleep on the plane as well as an eye mask to simulate the dark.
Big Congrats on your Double Gold, Rockie!
Welcome Back Argo! hope you become a regular again. You have been missed.

He has had an impact on both music and culture. Now you and a friend could be sitting in the front row to see Bob Dylan on November 17th.
Correctly answer the Bob Dylan quiz below. If you ace it, you’ll have a shot at winning an epic night out for you and a friend. You’ll get picked by A Celebrity Limousine and taken away for a pre-show dinner at Smith Brothers Steakhouse Tavern.
