I've noticed the same.... Zehrs on other hand is amazing..they just make sure the coupon is used properly.. they have wonderful attitudes..

It's typical Rcss customer service approach. The cashiers are trained no to give product away for free using coupons it's like they are spending something from their own pockets. I worked as part time cashier for very few days and in orientation I was thought by this so called grocery manager not to remind the customer that free box of mangoes or that free bag of chicken when you shop for 150 and above . Jesus these people are so I'll trained, I'll treated , underpaid and had to even ask permission to leave the till to take a leak. Wouldn't allow toilet breaks during shift time before the scheduled break .

How do you guys deal with the looks other customers give you at the till when u price match or use so many coupons

I shopped at Atlantic Superstore and got:

4 Pantene shampoo on sale for 3.88. I had 4 $2 printable coupons, so purchased for 1.88 each, no tax.

RCSS had Kicking Horse coffee, reg, 16.99 on for 9.99. Rang up at original so cashier offered me SCOP without me even having to ask for it.

Shwa girl sorry if my comment was taken in wrong way as a rant against Rcss or the chain of stores I realise that as a person who has worked long rime for 3 stores in the same group this comment may have offended you. Iam glad that you have been fortunate enough to deliver and receive good customer service and good management policies my opinion was painted by my repeated service received from three Rcss and nf in my city. I would be happy to see a day when the cashier at the stores I go to doesn't frown at the coupons.

@Shwa Girl and Zealot1205, it was actually front end supervisor rather than cashier; I have been hard time with couponing in Saskatoon recently...I swear I don't look like a criminal and double triple swear not rude at all, but seems like my luck is out recently[having difficulty couponing in Target, RCSS, WM] ...it used to be easier for me or may be because I have actively started doing more couponing now
