-33 with wind chill this morning. A little bit 'warmer' compared to the past two to three days.

I think i got brain freeze from the wind walking from work to my car tonight. It took about 1/2 hour for the pain to leave the inside of my ears.

I have NO idea how you guys do it. I really don't. We've been sitting at a pretty steady -22 all day with windchill and it's just bone chilling for me and I have a down filled jacket. I can't take it. I'm in my apartment with the electric fireplace on, sitting under my sherpa snuggie and still freezing. You guys dealing with -30 and colder are TOUGH Canucks. My hat is off to you.

Nope. No it is not. I want my hat back to keep my head warm! lol But I think everyone should keep warm. Maybe snuggle your pets too.

-25 with wind chill. 20 inches of snow and still falling. Had my driveway plowed THREE times in past 2 days. Ugh!

Bitterly cold this morning and also extremely slippery outside because of the freezing rain we had the other day. Some people still didnt have any electricity as of last night. I hope for their sakes that power has been restored. Yesterday, we actually took in a stray cat. He is black and totally beautiful and gets along great with our other cats. Dont leave your animals outside. If you have any strays arount, try to provide them with shelter in the way of a box with a blanket away from the snow.

This Atlanta girl is freezing in Fort Erie with the temperature only at -11C. As my first winter in Canada, I think I'm going to hibernate! I don't know how ya'll do this! brrrrr....

I'm convinced that if we have to put up with these bitterly cold temps we should at least have some pretty snow to look at! We just have a light dusting right now. Right now it's quite "mild" at only -16 with windchill lol I think the next 2 days are going to be our coldest dipping to -25 to -30c with windchill. NOT looking forward to that. Especially when I have to go out early tomorrow morning. Grrrr. I mean Brrrrr!

Bought doggie #2 a warmer coat. He HATES IT! Stands absolutely still when I put it on. They are saying not to let your pets out for more than 2 minutes. We were out a bit longer but I have never seen them "Do their business faster!" No interest in checking out "interesting" smells. - Just- "Get us HOME, for goodness sake!)
Tomorrow's supposed to be colder still. Our street is like a wind tunnel! Wind picks up speed in the empty field across from us and just WHISTLES down our street. I could NEVER live on the prairie! Natalka, my wonderment goes out to you!

It is bitterly cold here as well. -27 with the windchill. It took a while for us to get winter here this year, but we are certainly feeling it now.

Currently -21 but feels like -31 with the wind. The wind was so cold this morning, it took my breath away and made my eyes water and my cheeks burn!

My roof is starting to creak and bang again like it did last year...
