lol! I also made ribs for the guys tonight, along with some small steaks because you know? ribs only go so far.

Gah, he barely ate any - because he had had a sandwich for lunch, and is used to only eating once a day. I just can't get him to gain any weight!

Mom's younger sister is visiting and we will be preparing California roll, miso soup with prawns, teriyaki chicken fillet, salad with sesame dressing, green tea custard in lemon syrup.

Honey glazed ham with scalloped potatoes and Brussels sprouts. A glass of wine to help me forget tomorrow is work.

Tonight I made a big roaster of Chinese Hekka, served over rice with green onion. Recipe is from Company's Coming - haven't made it in ages, it's so very good. (Most interestingly was when my husband asked me if I forgot to put the almonds in, which I did forget - ! I didn't think he noticed stuff like that!)

it was a pain in the a$$ trying to bbq in the wind yesterday but there are lots of leftovers for this evening..

Tonight we are having pasta with homemade pasta sauce (that my honey whipped up! He is so awesome!) with garlic bread. And wine- Because it feels like that kind of night. (fish on the bbq was the meal plan but just don't feel like that tonight!)

It finally stopped raining so tonight we're having a BBQ, Salmon steaks,baked potatoes and a veggie medley.

I made a pork tenderloin with apple & onion. Served with mashed potatoes and corn. I didn't care for the pork and apples at all.

..plans changed yesterday, ended up with a crowd and fresh crab legs right off the fishing boats, so had the pork chops & mango salsa this evening, it was really good..it was so windy it took 90 mins to bbq the chops and keep the bbq going..lol

You had me at crab fresh off the boat.....When is the next fishing trip? I will book my flight now.
