today I had a deflating moment at Metro. We have made up our lovely Xmas day menu and one ingredient we NEED ( I laugh as we do not need but want this ) is lobster meat. Finally surrendered and chose 4 lobster tails ( frozen ) that cost just under $12.00, a small package of lobster claws @ $4.58 along with a package of ground veal ( which I normally never buy either ) and the bill was over $20.00 so I earned ONE ( yeah 1 ) single AM!
Coming off of that wonderful Sobey's AM high this was so sad!
Even worse I have my account locked so could not even redeem! ha ha

My dad is sooo young. I think he got married very early or what. Whenever I go with him outside, some weirdo people think he is my husband. Today someone ask me 'is that your husband?'

WTF! Like fk off! Seriously! fk off!! Eww! Use your common sense will ya? Arrr I am in my 20s and he is in his 50s!

You have to forgive some of those people. I mean it's not uncommon to see a woman with an older man (usually for the obvious reasons of daddy issues or money).

Some of us are blessed with good Genes, and yes I am one of those men that look way younger than their age. I have no beer gut, facial hair, and dress modern (no jeans for me). When I look at some of the men younger than me or my age....they look way older. It also helps that I don't drink, smoke but exercise a bit.

Good healthy lifestyle (not diet) goes a long way.
