Chunks of pork loin fried with yellow onion, canned pineapple, worchestshire sauce, and BBQ sauce with no yolk noodles.

edit: we also made a new healthy recipe for squares. banana peanutbutter oatmeal squares, which I added a few things for additional flavour.

last night was one of those nights I didn't feel like cooking, so we had cup of soups with a side of fruit.

..making sweet and sour pork in the slow cooker, it smells heavenly already!! (hopefully the power stays on as its really windy here today) : added pork cut in chunks, pineapple tidbits, green & red peppers, and a sauce mixture of brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, S & P ,etc...will thicken the sauce later with cornstarch and serve over white rice....mmmmmm....
