WARNING: rant & brag...you have been warned! :p

Went to this 'store' and got charged wrong on two different items. They changed the price but I asked for SCOP since UPC matches. But got my transaction voided and was told to go to customer services. I spent about 15 minutes there and was told MANY excuses such as I did not pay for it, I would not be eligible for it; we are giving you at correct price anyway etc...they were talking quietly to each others in the side so I let it go. After the transaction, he snatched the receipt, saying that it belongs to store but I took the photo....shady practice for sure. I got home and found out that he forgot to scan one item and only scan the other so I did pay for one item at corrected price...I told me bro and like he said 'karma is btch'...Last week he pretended he did not know what SCOP is! Found out he is the supervisor -_-

    I wish I could complaint #Chicken

Thanks for the freezing info on International Delight. My fav creamer especially this time of year if i can get to the states I always stock up on their holiday flavors. But only what I can keep in the fridge. Here's hoping I can get some extra yumminess this year to freeze. They always get better flavors in the US.

@Arvilish - how do you get the FPC from bounty (so jealous)? I contacted probably 15 companies last year requesting coupons and the only one that came was Chapman's - what's the secret

Just came back from a Tuesday shop and cheap bounty is the product of the day! (RCSS 4th & Louth)

    Bounty (6=12 Select a size): $15.99 - PM(Zehrs; $11.00 OFF) = $4.99 - 10%($0.50) = $5.07(w/tax)
    Dawn (2): $4.98 - PM(GT; $1.64 OFF) = $3.34 - 10%($0.33) = $3.40(taxed)
    Ristorainte Pizza (2): $7.96 - PM(Metro; $1.98 OFF) - 10%($0.60) - $2.00(2 @ $1 Off Coupons) = $3.38
    Total paid: $11.84

All in all, a pretty great shop

No secret...my bro contacted them via this http://www.mars.com/canada/en/about-...ontact-us.aspx using general questions. I traded my Burts Bee coupon in exchange of 5 bounty coupons to buy the county and he stole my bounty, anyway! wth!

Don't be discourage if they say no, instead try again. When I contacted Burt Bee, they sent me $5 coupon without hesitant but when my bro ask them a month later they told him that they 'never' mail coupons -_- Funny I asked Marcelle last week if they send coupons and they said no and then I went back and checked my e-mail. They had previously given me coupon via e-mail so I just printed that, except it cannot be used on trial size *must control ranting* #FAIL

Really depends on rep...may the rep from Bounty get everything his wishes, [legally]!

Contact them now, may be you will get the same hotty rep! All hail the Mars rep!

EDIT: got my $15 from SnapChat and finally a cheque in the amount of $32; oh the long beloved $17 increased HAHA

I'm thinking that it's the PC reusable bag. It 's the only taxable item. So the 10% student discount on the reusable bag comes to $0.088 and rounded comes to $0.1 or $-0.1
