As @walkonby said, you guys are tough out there @Natalka - I couldn't take it !!
It's going to be +5 here today, but raining. That's better than snow any day.
@Redneck Charger - sorry for your pain. Mine can't compare to yours, but I had a real bad night too. It seems that after the physio has worked on my leg and foot, the pain is much worse, and it keeps waking me up.
I don't think we're the only ones though, @walkonby was posting @ 5 a.m.
Good morning all. I hope you have a good day.

Good morning, Everyone!!
Hicks, gosh what an ordeal to go through with your therapist...2 hours of torture?! I'm glad I didn't have anyone do that to me or she'd still be wearing my footprint! Why does it have to be so hurtful, I wonder? All the best to you today, Sweetie; I hope that after your "open house" activity yesterday you're enjoying a pyjama-day today.
Painting class was lovely; I decided to do a vase of lilacs in memory of my Mom who always filled out home with fresh lilacs every spring, in ever room, keeping them fresh all the time...My sketches were fine, but my first 'wash' of colour over the blooms was too dark for me, so I had to start over with a "barely there" pink to be the lightest part of the blooms, from there I continue adding in the shadows. I told him I'm not touching it until next class! I didn't like the background or the tablecloth so I was on the phone with my DD last evening and she thought a plain linen tablecloth would be nice, but a hunk of beige in a painting...meh, then she suggested lace, and I practically shouted: "Battenburg lace!", and there we had it! She thought cream walls, sheer curtain, and we're not sure of the vase colour, yet.
Should be nice! Thank you for asking!
Avon, Honey, I'm so happy that your appointment went well! One more thing to check off your extensive list...every little bit helps, right? Continued good luck with your home-sale...now THAT'S stress...all the best, my Friend.
Well, Hubby should be getting back from RCSS soon with a bag of cauliflower, lol..I'm not holding my breath that they even have any this morning, but we'll see...at 2/$5, the staff probably took it all away last night. So I'm not hopeful...geez, it almost feels like we're in a 3rd world country here, running out for food! SUCCESS!!! He bought 4 fresh and 6 bags of frozen!!!!
Nothing special today, just a relaxing one, weght-in at WW, and I may cut another top out to sew.
Take good care, everyone and have a wonderful FRIDAY!

My goodness, those of us with pain should have been Skyping in the wee hours of the morning!
I slept about an hour and a half at night - woke up with horrid pain in my leg around 1, husband tried and tried to massage it out, nothing really worked, so I got up to do some walking through the house, but that didn't really help either. So I stayed up til it was time to wake him for work at 6, tried to get back to sleep - slept about an hour and woke up with terrible pain in the same left leg, except it was the sciatica all the way down my left side from butt to toes. Tried to massage myself, but that doesn't ever work...
So, ick. Just popped some tylenol and hoping that gets me through the afternoon.
Can't wait for husband to come home from work! Either he can help me out, or just let me cry on his shoulder a bit!
Ok, enough kvetching for now.... you guys listen better than the kitties do!
Because of the horrid cold, husband will be picking up the few necessary groceries we're in need of while the vehicle is running, so that there will be no need to go out on the weekend - we can just hibernate.
For now, sipping on some tea to warm me insides!

So I start my new job cleaning on Monday. Its a government building literally 1 1/2 blocks from me. I'm pretty good at job interviews. I don't know how to shut up though lol.
Needed to apply for security clearance today but they can't take health card and birth certificate as Id. But they do take Ontario Id. However I only needed my health card and birth certificate to apply for the Ontario id. See what I'm getting at here lol.

It's a good idea to get one of those Ontario Photo ID cards. They are a good piece of ID to have. Good luck with your new job cabmonk.
