..the fog rolled in yesterday evening so the cabbage won...I made a large pan of cabbage hash and it turned out so good, will taste even better today so lots of leftovers for this evening, no cooking

I always make this Kraft recipe (but use white rice instead of brown and use whatever I have on hand i.e. tomato sauce or tomato soup, and I sautee the cabbage first for 20-30mins etc) :

Last night I did not get in until after 6:30 as our out of town event ran later then anticipated so it was Sausage on a Bun

Tonight is a mystery but thinking something simple it has been a long week

Wine is a nice idea When this happens to me it is Chips and Dip, Chocolate Bar and Remote. LOL.

Thanks You too! Back in my sisters single days she would eat popcorn or a bowl of cereal lol. I use to cook a nice meal when it was just myself but my honey is such a great cook and spoils me so now I will just eat something simple and wait for him with the wine chilling
