    No. When I click on a prize to add it to my cart I get a message that says that you can only order 2, you have 0 in your cart and have ordered 2 already this year. Accept all of the things I've tried ordering I've previously ordered last summer. I haven't ordered any of them since January 1st. I am wondering if they've changed their policy from calendar year to one year from date of last order. And I can't find the Contact Us form on the site so I can ask them.

    i think the new account max is 30,000 points, i've hit that limit back on June 1st and now every time i play it tells me i've reached my daily limit

    i also cannot re-order ice cream coupons i have previously ordered this year.. i wish i had tried when the site went live the first day, i have a feeling there was some minor kinks that hadn't been fully worked out (like some values listing prices, being able to re-order things, no daily points limit allowed...)

    Yeah it's driving me crazy that I have a prize sitting in my cart right now, but every time I hit order/submit it goes to an error page!

    @anything : Fill out the contact us form and ask about it. They held on to my beach ball order because I didn't have a name filled in on the profile. You'd think they'd tell you, but nope! They just hold on to your order forever!

    I think I know why there are different of max point you can play for a day. If you didn't pay for a day or 2 they can allow you to add up the max point per day to the day when you play again (this is what I think!)

    Oh, not impressed. Won at solitaire, then it tells me it's unable to save info from it - and it doesn't show up in pts history. Gah!

    I eventually found the Contact Us form and dropped them a note asking if they have changed their redemption policy. I just heard back from them. In order to check into the problem they want my user name and PASSWORD. I told them my user name only. I might just wait until 1 day after the date I ordered last July and try again. Or at least that is the plan if they get the lunch bags back in stock by then.
