We had family pictures taken at Wal-Mart when the in-laws visited at the beginning of June. When I went to pick them up baby girl's head or arm was cut off in basically all of the prints. We don't really know how that happened. The WM photography manager called to try to fix things. She's going to refund me the money, try to fix the prints, and do a new sitting of pictures for free. I'm going to try to go down there today to sort out what we can. She's concerned that getting new prints made won't fix the problem if the printing place isn't careful about the way they align things again. My MIL is waiting for me to mail her pictures that I currently don't have.
While at WM I also need to return a large box of diapers because we decided to move the twins into size 4 diapers. I have the receipt, so it shouldn't be a problem. We have size 4 in the closet, so I don't actually need to purchase more diapers right now. I'm going to pick up some produce, pm NF, and use my Caddle rebates.
It is the free fishing weekend in Saskatchewan. Dh doesn't have a fishing license, so he plans on taking our son fishing. I took him last weekend and taught him some safety things, etc. Now it's dh's turn to go.
Im supposed to pick sour cherries with my friend tomorrow. He got called out to work yesterday, so this became our alternate arrangement. I am also going to pick raspberries, so I want to take our son with us. That way he can learn about how raspberries grow. We bought some at the store upon his request and we all enjoyed them. I sold some more red rhubarb for $5 yesterday.
I think we will have chicken wraps for lunch today. Supper has to use the bison roast again. It was quite large for our family, so we still aren't done eating it yet.
edit: Apparently the Wal-Mart photography manager was fired 3 days ago, so we are trying to figure out what they can do for me. They took all of the pictures in portrait vs landscape, which is why we are having issues with baby girl getting cut off in the prints.
I'm supposed to go back again on Monday when a visiting manager will be here.

just talked hubby into going out for a few new pieces of clothing -so he got mens shorts at marksworkwarehouse for 14.99-they had no dresses on sale so off I went to sears got a lovely black dress with tiny small white squares on it polyester dress with a bit of spandex 29.99-i don't own a summer dress and I have tried looking for thrift to save money and never can find one -so I figure 29.99 is not that bad a price
-home to do laundry now and relax

Just going to finish off the last of my master shopping list, and see what's what for the upcoming week.

Hi all!
Just checking in. Critters are well. My Mom's holding her own with the chemo (she's tolerating it better than the Dr thought she would). She's still a bit weak, so I'll be out here for the next while.
Lily dog is in heaven. She just spent an hour trying to convince a young neighbour that dogs are fun.
Hope all is well with everyone.

Dh has been out fishing with our son since before 5pm. The twins played in the back yard and water table for 1hr while I pulled 3 gallons of weeds. Looks better, but still plenty out there. I have nearly as much vegetable garden as I do grass in our back yard. When I brought the twins inside I put them straight into the tub. About 20min after bath they both went to sleep in their cribs, but they aren't down for the night. They are still teething.

Quiet day today. Just feeling very sleepy but i Hilled our potatoes. Watched a movie. Packed up a bag of towels for camping and searched (unsuccessfully) for my tent.

OK I am in awe of you ladies that buy and sell on FB and Kijiji. What a lot of work for little reward. I put 5 postings up on Friday and have had multiple exchanges like you all describe and have made 5.00. I have a few more things to post but want to deal with this lot 1st.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.
