Good morning, everyone!
Much better start to the day this morning, DH made me French Toast for bkfst, real maple syrup, lol, so with the sugar-rush, I'm back to knitting our GS his mittens. I had to 'frog' about 20 rows, unfortunately...I really thought I left clear instructions to myself about where I was in my pattern before I went into surgery, (since I always tend to mess with them and modify them), but alas...I had no idea what I was talking about. But I'm on the right track now, so it's onward to woolly mittens for him for winter!

Lynn, I assume 'fogging' means taking it out; that's too bad, but at least you noticed before you finished.

Do you believe that I am being forced to take a sexual misconduct workshop tonight, because I've been volunteering at the church. Oh well, I volunteer for the roll play.

I am actually NOT surprised, both DH and I had to have Police background checks done many years ago when we taught Sunday School. It was at first insulting to us, but afterwards we realized it was to protect everyone.
@22hicks you are naughty to offer to do the role play....or did you really mean ROLL play, as in rolling around? ha ha If so I may be joining your church!!

I had my background check done too when I worked @ the hospital, and it makes sense when you were working with kids, but I've been dealing with the business community, and some of the other volunteers. When I questioned it, they said that they hoped they could convince me to do something in the future.

Hi, @22hicks...yep, "frogging" is pulling back stitches, as in "rip-it...rip it.."...One mitten done, I'll do the other one tomorrow, and after my physio, DH and I will take our 50% off coupons to Michaels for more yarn for his toque.

I've had those police checks for kids, the last one was when Jenny became a therapy dog and we went into nursing homes...kids could be anywhere...I also had it done when I started marrying people....Always a good idea.

Um...unlike what @Walkonby might assume, I don't know what you mean by "roll play"...not "role play"...okay, I'm stumped!

Called the 24 hour shoppers drug Mart here. I asked if they'll get any of the tvs onsale sat/sun. She said they don't know because shoppers orders for them. In the past they have received 5, 1 or even none. But confirmed if they get any the sale price starts Fri night at 12am. I'll go check it out, only an 8 min walk. If I buy 40 inch TV definitely won't be walking back lol.

Didn't sleep at all last night. Every time I tried, I started to laugh/smile. My boss was like it's a sign I'm going crazy or the acid was kicking in lol. No no, no acid. The going crazy part who knows. I was loopy from no sleep.
