What's For Dinner?

Homemade chicken noodle soup tonight - it's usually enough for us, though later we sometimes snack on the chicken.

I believe we'll be making pizzas. I just have to make the dough when I get home from work.

Spaghetti and homemade meat balls with garlic bread and a small salad. Chocolate Tartufo for dessert.

..at the cabin all weekend, my neighbours made ham & scalloped potatoes and there was a huge ham bone full of meat and lots of leftover ham that I rescued as they were going to toss it, so this evening I made split pea soup with doughboys, it turned out really good, will be even better tomorrow

...there was leftover soup...and this morning I put in the slow cooker thick, bone-in pork chops and used a sauce with tomato soup (should've been tomato sauce but I didn't have any) brown sugar, vinegar , worcestershire , S & P, etc then topped with 2 1/2 sliced peppers (red & orange and onion) made rice and used pineapple juice instead of water..it was REALLY good..I made lots so more leftovers for tomorrow
