..came home from the cabin this afternoon and I was so tired...I put a chicken in the oven with potatoes and had a nap! lol it was done when I got up had with it corn on the cobb and lots of butter & sour cream on the potatoes

BBQ steak, bake potatoes with cheese, chives and bacon , mushrooms and onions, Caesar salad , three cheese noodles . Dessert blueberry cheese cake and Diet Pepsi

It's been a long day. I'm making ham sausage, boiled and fried perogies, and boiled veggies. We are out of frozen pizza, or else I might have cooked one.

ha ha , I am laughing about the rib posts because that will be today's lunch/dinner. Yesterday I made up some very thick pork loin chops ( crumbed them first ) and used 2 spare chops to add diced pork to the fried rice mixture. DH helped so much by helping to fine dice all the veggies...it was a joint effort.

Note to self: get more sesame oil today.

Dinner today will be roast chicken, asparagus and ciabatta buns-all picked up at Costco.

All-in-a-roaster meal: chicken pieces, potatoes, carrots, onions, whole mushrooms - lots of garlic and Italian spice mix; coleslaw, kernel corn for me and my son.
