My kids bought me a SPIDUCCI grill, I believe it was for fathers day last year and this year they bought me a SPIDUCCI maker for fathers day this year.

I am completely on my own this week end so I decided to do my first batch of them and they really did not come out bad for my first time.

A couple of hiccups I have to work out

So that is what I am having tonight over some rice

Last night was clean out the fridge night so I made a Beef Stir Fry with Rice. We had leftover rice in the fridge, also had a package of Mushrooms and Peppers that needed to be used up. Added in some Beef Strips from the freezer and zucchini and made a sauce using Soya Sauce, Hoisin, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Ginger and Oyster Sauce. It was really good.

Tonight is still a mystery was thinking pork but now thinking maybe a burger, I am never good with choice.

Had homemade Nachos last night and tonight a stir-fry pasta! Preparing for Game of Thrones! Winter Is Here!

Used up leftover taco meat and fixings for a large burrito.

made a very large stir fry for all of us. ( even remembered to use some of DH's Swiss chard that he is growing out back ) Added 2 proteins to this one, some giant shrimp for the guys and skinless boneless chx breast for me. Also pan fried thick chunks of cod up. We had it for a late lunch but I might have it for dinner too!

Had a really late lunch of Homemade Burgers so no need for dinner, just some Ricotta Cherry Cake I made yesterday

Cut up pork loin into strips, mixed with sliced onions, mushrooms, and celery - made a garlic soy sauce for it to cook in.
Will serve with sliced potatoes roasted with carrots and onions, Italian seasoning.

Homemade chicken pot pie and a garden salad. Eclairs we picked up on our adventures today for dessert.

I can't even imagine how wonderful that must be; enjoy!

Takeout - orzo soup, breaded cutlets with gravy, husband had fries - I had lemon roasted potatoes plus both of our servings of corn.
