    Tonight is a Pork Roast which I put in the crock pot this morning, with roasted carrots which I have been slowly cutting up and hoping mashed potatoes. Still having issues standing for a long time so trying to make items I can prepare but leave sitting if I need to sit down for a bit.

    Thank you everyone, my back is getting better and I hope to return to working in the office on Monday.

    KFC. New waffle fries are good, way better than their fries. However, not seasoned as in their pics.

    Decided to make Beef Stroganoff over Egg Noodles. First time making this dish myself, Mom makes it, I have helped her make it but never made it alone. I am not worried just hope Mom likes it she can be picky about dishes she normally makes which is why when I try new recipes I usually make she doesn't normally make.

    We went to my sisters yesterday and enjoyed beef stew. While we were there she gave us a package of Club House Slow Cooker Chicken Stew so we are going to give it a try tonight
