Winter has came up and entire family has arranged this end of the week to have some bone fire at the place of the father's companion. This is now making me energizing as a considerable measure fun going to occur there. 3– 4 family at a farmhouse and some simmered potatoes and something else is Daal Bati on the menu.

BBQ baby back ribs, I had marinated in a wet rub, baked low for two hours, then on the barbie. Shell pasta with mushrooms, celery, tomato, carrots, and broccoli.
So nice to be able to ''cook', with help of son over, and husband grilling.

Tonight home made Chinese food .. chicken chow mein , egg rolls , chicken balls ,fried beef rice , deep fried won tons and cherry sauce and Diet Pepsi

Janes Chicken strips with some honey,sweet and sour sauce and sour cream,cavendish patatoes wedges with sour cream! Patotoes and janes are in sale this week so we will stock up!!!

Tonight was quinoa, chickpeas, and salmon with a touch of flax seed added. Trying to eat healthier and have lost 8lbs in the last week.

Just came back from up north, bugs are not bad yet but you can tell they are coming.

Tonight will be Shrimp scampi, my wife's favorite for mothers day
