    Bought a bag of these frozen unseasoned chicken wings from Freshco,


    thawed them last night, sprinkled acceptable Dr. Poon herbs on them all, plopped all of them into the Air Fryer and in probably 15-20 minutes they were so crispy outside, tender and well cooked inside. I did pull out the thing and shake around 2 or 3 times to make sure they browned evenly.
    Tossed the packets of sauce that came with them in the trash.

    Dh dipped his in sweet thai chili sauce, I used a scant 3 tblsp of honey mustard on mine.
    Salad for me, DH had some of his homemade soup. Mmmm those wings were tasty.
    Wish I had bought a few more bags!

    Tonight we had planked salmon on the grill, cauliflower rice and garlicky kale and mushrooms.
    Daughter is trying to cut out the carbs, so Poppa had Oatmeal Stout to make up for the NO CARB meal, LOL

    Last night Mom made Steak with Mashed Potato Bake and Acorn Squash.

    Mom is back to work today so tonight I have to make dinner (I am home first) so will have to come up with a plan. Good news is Fridge is has a lot of good options just need to decide what I will turn into a meal.

    ..cooking a turkey dinner for friends this evening...getting ready shortly to put the turkey in the oven..making a NL turkey dinner with salt meat, peas pudding, blueberry pudding, dressing/stuffing, cabbage, carrot, turnip, potato, gravy etc, cranberry sauce....should be yummy..cleaned the house Monday and made the desserts yesterday so just need to concentrate on the dinner today
