We had a late large lunch yesterday so I just had Cereal for dinner.
Tonight not sure yet, I want a Stir Fry but there are some leftover Chicken Fingers in the fridge we need to eat and they do not really go with Stir Fry.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

last night we celebrated the last of our combined family b'days! We'll be in a " Buffet Free " zone starting now until September......hopefully, lol.
First time going to the Dragon Pearl. Their servers are the most attentive I've experienced. Friendly, helpful and always hovering!
The seafood was some of the sweetest and freshest I've tasted compared to other buffets. Lucky me, it was King Crab legs night....so I indulged heavily in that area. Also the cooked, peeled large cold shrimps....seafood sauce is my enemy ( the salt ) but I dabbed a bit on them.
The guys enjoyed all the deep fried, breaded things I could only gaze at....as well as the rice, noodles which I also avoided.
I stuck to filling my plate with mainly lean meats and the cleanest veggies possible ( as in no sauces on them )
Did do dessert though....a single spoon only of this and that....just enough to remember sugar!
Now today I am back on the plan.

Yesterday I made 2 pans of homemade mac and cheese so we had that for dinner last night.
I also cooked up a striploin roast and 4 large chicken breasts. So dinner will be using up this stuff. (hopefully tomorrow night too)

Eldest granddaughter requested another go on the spaghetti squash with Italian sausage, from last week.
So what else can Poppa do? Just make it.
LOL, still snacking on Superbowl Leftovers too.

The beef roast wasn’t fully thawed yet, so I’ll cook it tomorrow. Tonight’s supper was home made waffles, Johnsonville sausages, oranges, grapes, and chocolate milk.
