    Yesterday afternoon I made BLSL chicken thighs, rice and green beans. Put everything in containers in fridge so they could just heat and eat as they got home.

    Tonight- Lots of leftovers- Fend for yourself night.

    This is so weird! When I clicked on the recipe the first thing I said was " well nope! This is not for me, not even close to being Dr. Poon approved " (mainly for the sodium content )
    I was going to ask if you thought the ingredients were a bit much, layering the sodium like that you know ? But, everyone has their own salt threshold ...glad the kids loved it!

    Oh how I am enjoying being able to eat again but was super tired by dinner time. Might have over done it a bit today so I just grabbed a homemade Lasagna from the Freezer and will have Garlic Bread and a Cesar Salad with it
