Tonight will be homemade chicken soup from some of the leftovers from Sunday. Have been making the stock all day. Now time to strain it and then start the soup a bit later.

Thinking tonight I will make some sort of Pasta, now to decide if I want to make a meat sauce or meatballs (we have frozen homemade ones on hand). We will see how I feel when I get off work. Will also make Cheesy Garlic Naan and Cesar Salad to go with it

Pita Pizza (pizza on Pita bread: spagh sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, red and green Pepper strips, some chopped onion and lots of mozza cheese). Maybe with some chips on the side. I also have some beans and creamed corn left over from the other day but somehow i dont think that would go with the Pita Pizza!
