had to use up some potatoes so i made a copy cat recipe of Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana soup

We bought a air fryer on black friday (we always wanted to try one) so we thought we would do things like onion ring, fries etc etc to try it out

I think it will be something simple as Chicken Burgers. We will be attending granddaughter #3 singing concert later this afternoon so i dont feel like cooking a big meal.

Jack Astor will be cooking up my DH his birthday dinner later tonight and I am not allowed in Jack's kitchen. tee hee

Needed something that would have leftovers I could take for lunch so I made Baked Potato Soup and had a Garlic Naan on the side.

No pun intended but I am still up in the air about it but in all fairness I have not really tried that much in it. The one I purchased says that it will feed up to 6 people which in my opinion is impossible. I looked up a few recipes online that I am going to try out. I am glad I did not invest a lot of money into this venture at this time.
