    Tonight we will probably have sandwiches tonight. I think that will be all we have time for as im sure we will be spending most of our time helping our dog get around as she just had a knee operation

    Tonight will be Meatloaf, Mashed potatoes , Gravy and Kernel corn. Yum...yum....
    I mixed up the meatloaf the way my mom used to make it with 1/2 can campbells tomato soup mixed up with the ground beef, relish, grated onion, breadcrumbs, beef base. eggs and honey mustard. Once this is pressed in to a loaf pan the other 1/2 can of tomato soup is spread out on top of the meatloaf. It is soooo good. Thanks Mom

    I made Moroccan Chicken tonight.

    Left my tagine at the trailer, so I just stewed it in a dutch oven

    Last night I made a Sheppard Pie like dish but used Pulled Pork and topped it with Leftover Mashed Potatoes we had in the Fridge. I was going to make a Salad but I was busy moving boxes to basement and did not get a chance to chop and wash the lettuce before dinner was ready

    I did a big cook today! Picked up all fresh ingredients yesterday and made a bunch of stuff to put in the freezer for the cabin. I made a large batch of honey garlic meatballs, all from scratch, homemade pizza , fish cakes & banana chocolate chip muffins.....zzzzzzzzzzzzz...I'm kinda full now after taste testing everything lol but there's leftover chicken from yesterday & I saved some dough to fry toutons...

    Last night we made Nachos with Melted Cheddar, Homemade Taco Meat (I have become known for my Homemade Taco Seasoning the fam and everyone at work loves it), as well as toppings, I just had Salsa and Sour Cream.

    Anyone else excited about the Super Bowl? I'm going to the cabin tomorrow & Saturday and returning home Sunday...depending on when I get home I might throw something in the slow cooker but I already have stuff bought or ready, the Air Fryer will get a lot of use! lol...spinach dip, wings, mozza sticks, calamari, etc, etc..might do a chili in the slow cooker..and the meatballs I made yesterday for the freezer could come in handy. I have one of those lights in the shed that plays music and changes color so the shed will light up orange every time Kansas scores!!! Lets go Mahomes!!!
