    Saturday night I was not feeling well and oddly craving oven fries, so I made myself slightly over cooked (i wanted them dried out) oven fries and had a couple of small pieces of Mom Steak and some sauteed mushrooms and onions.

    Last night I cooked up some Ricotta Spinach Shells I had in the freezer and use the last of the Naan to make Cheesy Garlic Naan

    Mom has been told to take the next 2 to 3 days off work so she is home and making Beef Stew for dinner. I told her to aim for a later dinner and I will make fresh homemade buns to go with it when I get home from work.

    Last night was homemade Chicken Tenders with Oven Fries, normally I would make a Salad but the lettuce was not washed and I was in the middle of moving stuff around our dinning room and did not get a chance to wash the lettuce.

    Thinking I might suggest Pasta for tonight, we will see how I feel a bit later.
