My wife home made tomato soup and crackers tonight

pancakes and fried egg for supper
dessert-2 cookies left so hubby and I shared coffee and tea

Olymel Amore sausages bacon cheddar and beef tortellini with sauce rosee and carrot cake for dessert...have enough for my lunch tomorrow...

This morning i made homemade chicken soup with the leftover chicken bones from the other day. Boiled the chicken bones on low heat until the leftover meat came off easy. Added celery, onion, garlic and carrots, about 7 peppercorns salt to taste. Will boil some soup noodles to go with this. Nice meal on a windy and cloudy day.

Supper will be leftover stew from last night.

one chicken breast shared with hubby (its a large one) a few mashed potatoes and frozen corn and one steamed carrot left over from 2 days ago

dessert -I ruined some muffins this morning and they are a bit dense so will crumble them warm in a microwave and a bit of maple syrup on them with a tea

Trying to use up a few things that will go bad first so we are going to have egg salad sandwiches

hubby ordered dominos pizzas for himself and dd#1, dd#2 had her own baby food and i made myself an omelette with onion and had it with white rice and braised cabbage.

tonight hubby is making 3 Amore sausages with round french fries. Now thats what i call a real healthy meal! lol

Yesterday I got a 20 lb bag of red #2 potatoes at No Frills for $2.88-they look great. I should be able to feed the whole neighbourhood-I plan to make a pot of potato soup for dinner.

Tonight we are going to have steak fajitas with lots of Mushrooms & Peppers to use up some veggies.

Lunch is ham sandwiches with some chips on the side.
For supper tonight, hubby will have the rest of the leftover stew with some crusty bread (from Costco) and i will have the rest of the homemade chicken soup with some noodles and crackers.
