chicken salad wraps
we just make a big batch of chicken tenders/fingers and wedge fries, DD#1 gets the chicken fingers and we put the chicken in tortillas then lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese and dressing. Then we like to toast our wraps in a skillet.

In need of some comfort food today, so im making good old meat loaf (no tomato sauce) with mashed potatoes, beef gravy, broccoli, the rest of the leftover nibblets and a nice garden salad. And for dessert, our daughter showed up yesterday with 2 tims coffees and a box of 12 doughnuts so its tims doughnuts for today (i froze the leftover doughnuts and will defrost 2 before supper).

Pita pizza tonight for supper. Take Pita bread (as much as you need); Gattuso Pizza sauce, Olymel Pepperoni pizza slices (its the best), sliced peppers (whatever colour you have on hand, could be frozen also), sliced mushrooms and top with lots of mozza cheese. Delicious!
