Shipwreck casserole using ground pork, and added shredded carrots and cauliflower bits.
Supper will be late today. I already had some broccoli/grape salad.

Organic vegan lentil loaf with mashed potatoes. First time making it so I'm hoping it's good! And of course a side salad.

just pulled the gluten free lasagna from the oven, I grumbled a bit at the dirty dishes I had to clean up before I even started cooking and assembling it but now I can relax, they have a meal to take into work.

hmm. I've gotten lucky lately. DH cooked on Tuesday night!
He made some lovely chicken breasts with roasted potatoes and roasted red wine vinegar beets. yum!
Last night we had mushroom and red pepper lentil soup. Tonight I'm gonna toss some spicy pork sausages in the oven, some french fries and something resembling a vegetable in there. lol. It has to be quick, easy, and mind numbingly simple because we have after-school activities this evening."Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle

KFC for supper tonight - the kitchen is full of dirty dishes, pots, etc. on every surface and the floor.
Good news, though - just got notification we can use the water again without boiling - YAY!
Uh, drat - so guess who is going to spend her evening washing dishes?

It all started with beets on sale at IGA. I find the quality of their produce the best in town and the beets were no exception; very juicy and flavorful. I used the tops on Friday in a stirfry, the stems in a different stirfry Saturday, then borscht on Sunday. I had leftover cabbage so I made cabbage roll casserole for supper last night and it will be leftovers tonight.

I see there is a pizza theme going on here! Gosh I could go for pizza.
However, DH is making Pho soup. Yum yum! So as much as I might want pizza, I get a meal that I DON'T have to cook and that makes me happy too!

Son came over for supper, and I made the promised fish - lightly fried sole, had with roasted potatoes and onions, Caesar salad before.
Dessert much later - pumpkin pie and whipped cream, apple pie for husband.
