    I might splurge this evening and deep fry some fries and just have a hot dog to keep it simple as there's a few big eating/cooking days coming up! I made these "ice cream sandwiches" for the freezer. They are YUMMY and easy to make

    Tonight we are making Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni, Bacon, Mushrooms, Onions and Cheddar. Will also make a Cesar Salad and Mom said she might make Chicken Bites to go with it as well, we will see.

    Tuna pasta salad, by special request from DH. You boil up some pasta, throw in chopped veggies, onion and garlic, mayo and some Italian dressing, parmesan to taste, two cans of tuna...and mix.

    ..normally today I would cook the big bone-in ham, etc but for today I just have a small Schneider's ham..I was going to cook it in the slow cooker with an apricot glaze but its too small I think lol..so I'm thinking I'll just dice it up and make a scalloped ham & potato casserole topped with grated cheese & breadcrumbs..etc...I have dinner rolls in the freezer but I might try my hand at making some this afternoon TBD!!
