Its been a rainy week so far but supposed to be "nice" tomorrow, looking forward to planting carrots & beets tomorrow. I have LOTS of seedlings to go in the garden but will have to wait another week or so to make sure no more frost at night

A chilly morning in my part of Ontario, but it should warm up nicely to do yard work. My one complaint...it is as buggy as all get out. I already have more mosquito bites than I had for all of last year! We feed the birds all winter so there will be a lot of them around to eat the bugs--and I do see a lot, especially gold finches--but they just can't keep up, I guess.

Baby robins x 2.
So far this summer I've got two cuts, one thorn , one wasp sting
two mosquito bites and an injured toe.
All of the same foot!
Other than that I'm good.

^ don't add falling from a tree!
Last night, enjoying the sunset/sky with a glass of wine on the deck! It went from yellow, pink, orange, red, intensely beautiful!

So today I'm painting and I spill some paint.
On my foot.
Yes, that foot.
Paint lands on cut , near wasp sting by mosquito bites.
Can't clean paint off because of cut underneath.
I now have a blue foot until paint wears off.
You've heard of lucky rabbits feet.
I'm got an unlucky foot.
I'm leaving it in bed when I get up tomorrow.
That's what it's like in my neck of the woods.
Today , anyhow.

So this is where I swim.....usually.
The white mist in the center of the picture
is mist from the Falls. Do not swim there!
