hubby went to taco bell and of course he was disappointed with the portion and quality just like i told he would.
my daughters and I had vietnamese pho (beef noodle soup) that my mom made for us; she sent us the care package and also 1 to my older sister. It is nice to still have parents living close by.

DH pulled 8 burger patties out from the freezer, guess that could be dinner tonight.
I cooked up and mashed a few servings of mashed spuds, then wok fried slanted cut slices of carrot, DH's home grown pak choi and broccoli florets in sesame oil. We'll have some sides at least.

Today we cleaned out the fridge to empty it as much as possible before out shopping right this week, nothing has gone bad or needed to be thrown out which is good it has been over 4 weeks since we shopped so tonight we will have a Stir Fry.
So far we have Mushrooms, Celery & Zucchini and I think we will add some chicken and serve over rice.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Tonight we are having Tous Qui (leftovers). Tomorrow morning is garbage day, so going through the fridge to see whats left. I dont like throwing out food. so far i found 1 1/2 pork chops, a handful of green beans, 4 mushrooms, shallot onions, 1 stick of celery that needs to be used, a couple of cherry tomatos, some fries, a bit of curly lettuce, some homemade applesauce and a spoonful of ice cream! so thats it for dinner tonight. Lets see how it all turns out.
