@SassyAshley I also kept it simple, searing the sides of a few thick steaks, then adding chunky pieces of both mushrooms and onions to the cast iron dutch oven. Slow simmered it for 1 hour 40 minutes while I watched the Jays game....They won ( again! )
Steak over crusty buns....Mmmmm

I was torn between Homemade Burgers (From the freezer) or Steak Sandwiches, but come dinner time my back is starting to hurt so decided on Homemade Burgers with Fries in the Air Fryer

I bought a package of Chicken Breast from Costco, 5 have been but up for the freezer but I still have 4 in the fridge to do something with.
This morning I decided to try making our Shredded BBQ Chicken in the Instant Pot instead of the slow cooker, so I think tonight I will have a Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwich with some leftover Roasted Potatoes we have in the fridge and probably a Cesar Salad2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Change in plans, I ended up having my dinner for Lunch hoping I wouldn't really be hungry at dinner and could just snack but I am hungry so I am making myself Naan pizza. Keeping it simple normally I am all about the veggies or "different" pizza by using like Pesto instead of Tomato Sauce but today I just want Cheese and Pepperoni
