What's For Dinner?

homemade hamburger again, but its leftovers from yesterday. Im not making any buns with this, instead i will heat up the hamburger meat and used a nice beef gravy and mashed potatoes, carmalized carrots and a salad.

Decided on French Onion Pasta Bake with Cesar Salad.

Took out some frozen spagh sauce and im making ravioli (ziggys) baked in spagh sauce and loads of cheese!. And baguette from Costco (the frozen one you bake yourself). Should be good.

Tonight will be Homemade Chicken Tenders with Homemade Dill Potato Chips, I will probably also make a Salad to go with it to add some veggies

Last night's supper turned out really great! Tonight im making chicken legs and thighs in the air fryer. Im going to coat the chicken in flour, egg and corn flake crumbs with some seasonings. Hope it turns out good.

Tonight it will be homemade schnitzel! ( made from chx breasts ). I felt wide awake at 4 a.m. chx breasts were pounded flat, floured, egged and crumbed before sauteing in butter.
DS woke up around 8 a.m. ( very odd for him ) so he made some sides for the dinner later on.
Roasted potatoes, carrots and butternut squash.
DH had prepped the large bag of fresh green beans he bought from Blue Sky mkt. last night, so I blanched half of them to freeze, lightly pan fried some and steamed the rest.

Got down to 2 options, Homemade Pizza or Steak.

After putting away the groceries and moving some stuff around in the stockpile room to make room for 4 - 10 lb bags of Potatoes (still need to deal with the 10 lb bag of Sweet Potatoes I forgot to take down)

I decided on Pizza it seemed like the easier option. So it will be homemade Pizza with our traditional toppings: Pepperoni, Bacon, Onion, Mushrooms, Cheddar and a Sprinkle of Parm.
