    the work meal for the 2 guys will be honey garlic ribs, incredibly snow white new potatoes with wedges of boiled cabbage. ( both boiled ) I did cheat and used a slab of those " pre made " Swiss Chalet frozen ribs. They'll not care as dinner time at work is hungry time...lol

    Comfort food again -rainy blah kind of a day- so cranberry chicken,mashed patatoes and yellows beans(purchased at marche public so good(harvest marche sorry for the english translation lol)...leftover tarts for dessert

    We are trying a Turkey and Sweet Potato Chili tonight, although I combined two recipes. I took part of the Turkey Chili recipe I liked and part of the Turkey Chili with Sweet Potatoes recipe I liked and combined them so we will see how it comes out. It was mostly the spices I played with.

    Also making Cornbread to go with it

    While everyone was asleep I thought why not make a large batch of " something " ?
    I settled on 2 bags of broad egg noodles, 2 bags of large whole shrimp, 4 jars of Alfredo style Classico white sauces, adding minced garlic, green onions and frozen green peas.

    Grocery shopping today so I will purchase the ground beef to make a pate chinois(chinese pate( (mashed patatoes,ground beef,oignions and corn) or buy a plaisir gastronomique puff pastry salmon shrimp pie with fruits ketchup and zuchini relish homemade by my aunt..either way it is comfort food on this very chilly day Happy sunday

    Decided on Homemade Pizza for tonight, not sure on toppings yet will decide as the day goes on. Will probably also make a Cesar Salad to go with it, I have been skipping my salads lately.

    Maple glazed salmon with either pasta carbonara sidekick or uncle bens chinese rice ,ceasar salad as a side and brownies with strawberries for dessert(I hope some ripe strawberries that start going bad to use) yum!!!! Happy monday!!!
