Last night we had vegetarian taco salad
Tonight not sure.
Tomorrow- Homemade mac and cheese. Have one in the freezer ready to bake so will take it out tonight and pop in oven tomorrow in time for DS to eat before he goes to work.

Tonight will be Spaghetti and Meatballs, will probably use a jar of Classico Roasted Portobello Sauce. Mom has already requested Cheesy Garlic Naan to go with it

We were originally going to have chicken Alfredo but we cooked up some Oliveri gnocci with Marinara sauce for a late lunch. Think we're going to go with something simple and basic. DH BQd chicken breasts last night so tonight, hot open faced turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes and peas.
We'll have Alfredo tomorrow if we can save enough chicken.3.50 125.00 30.00

Tonight will Pork Chops which got defrosted in error (Mom thought it was a package of Peameal, nope Pork Chops) with Mashed Potato Bake to use up some leftover mashed potatoes we had in the fridge and Parm topped Zucchini Slices

Took out porkchops to cook up for the boys. Going to make a pasta to go with it and try out the $1 goat cheese I just picked up from PC deal after redeem/receive points.
