    Tonight I will be making Ricotta & Spinach Baked Pasta, this will use up some leftover Pasta I have in the fridge plus part of the container of Ricotta I need to use.

    I will also being making my own Homemade Tomato Sauce to go with this dish. I have made it once before and it was good but a little dry so going to try adding more Tomato Sauce to add some moisture.

    Will probably also make some Cheesy Garlic Naan and Cesar Salad to go with it

    Making chili from some leftovers that need using up. My sister is also giving me some leftover turkey and dressing from what she cooked yesterday so we will have a couple of items to choose from the next couple of days.
