What's For Dinner?

Decided on Beef Stew with Carrots & Potatoes. I will also make a batch of Potato Bun to go with the Stew.

Ham and cheese on a kaiser and then microwaved for about 30 seconds. About 45 years ago when i was a kid, i used to hang out at a pool hall and this is the only thing they served that you could eat so i became quite addicted to them

Steak, whipped potatoes and caesar salad using our homegrown romaine .. it was fabulous

hubby is picking up some food from a local shop: beef donair and salt&pepper dry ribs for me, deluxe burger and calzone for him and the girls

I have a pot of peas soup cooking on the stove now (will make dough boys later to go with it) probably won't be "dinner" but a good base to start the day (lunch) to enjoy the new powder and the great outdoors!

I am having a cooking day and trying to use up odds and ends in my fridge so tonight to use up some grated mozzarella, an open jar of Pasta Sauce and some Ricotta getting close to it's best before date I am going to Zucchini Lasagna Rolls with Cesar Salad & Cheesy Garlic Naan.

The original recipe for the Zucchini Lasagna Rolls calls for either browned ground sausage of ground beef but we skip the meat (we do not miss it) and it added another vegetarian option we both like.

Today I plan to invent a chickpea and spinach tikka masala. For tomorrow I am making cauliflower soup.

A couple of days early, but we are having Haggis, Neeps & Tatties for the main. Cullen Skink to start and Cranachan for dessert! Mmmm Mmmm!

I'm going to made a homemade pizza using the Dr. Oetker pizza dough kit.
Adding leftover BQ'd steak, fried onions and peppers for a different taste

Nice Sunday Dinner is planned for tonight, Roast Beef with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. Now I need to figure out the veggie for tonight I have been planning on making Steamed Broccoli, but now I am thinking maybe some Roasted Carrots or maybe both, we will see how I feel closer to dinner.
