I was going to BBQ tonight but now they are calling for possible pop up thunderstorms so will have to wait and see what the weather does.
Might just pick up something quick and easy since I have to run around after work anyways and won't be home till late tonight.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Pot roast with vegies again last night. The meat was very tender as it had been simmered for over three hours. Will do that again!

Not fully sure, I was going to BBQ but then we have had Thunderstorms and rain off and on all day, but seems to have cleared now. Will see what it is like when I get home and decided from there right now I am leaning towards BBQing as I think it is too hot to cook in the house.
