Swiss steak over egg noodles with steamed broccoli.

I'm by myself, so scrambled eggs and bread

went for groceries so picked up 2 trays of sushi for dinner

Just myself and my wife so were going for grilled cheese and tomato soup

We had pork loin chops, mashed potatoes, carrots and pickled beets.

Trout fillets grilled with lemon, butter and seafood seasoning, baked potatoes and green beans. Marble cake and heavenly hash ice cream for dessert.

I pulled out the left over meat loaf from the freezer, herb & garlic roasted potatoes, & beets.
An orange for dessert, and white cheddar cheese popcorn for an evening snack.

Leftover pot roast with vegies. Vanilla ice cream for desert.

soaked the beans Thursday a.m. made the chili Friday. DS chopped all the veg for me....hooray! Added plenty of lean ground beef too. It made a large roast pan about 2/3 full. Guess we'll be eating it through the weekend.....ha ha

Going to the beer fest event in King City soon so we took out some frozen shrimp to make our down scaled version of Shrimp Scampi later

Tonight I am going to BBQ Burgers with roasted potatoes (want these for later in the week) and salad on the side
