    Last night we made veggie burgers with coleslaw and fries... OMG I was really hungry but it was all so good!

    Tonight- continuing freezer clean out. Bits of this and that with salad if wanted. Making a chicken fried rice now with leftover cooked chicken from the freezer. DS will make it disappear.

    The burgers I had cooked up are all gone now, so tossed a single fresh turkey breast in the Air Fryer. Not too long before the skin got all crispy. When it was finished I tossed a bag of chix wings in. Not sure about sides yet.
    Options: coleslaw, garden salad or instant butter & herb mashed.

    These 2 large beauties will be dinner tonight, breakfast tomorrow, snack, lunch and maybe last for a 2nd or third dinner! ha ha
    The stew I make by pressure cooking the meat and onions first, then add the veg/gravy/herbs.
    Pastry courtesy of Dr. Oteker boxed mix. Milk/egg/water wash over tops.

    The stages of building a meat pie can be tiresome but so worth it!
