So far tonight I contacted by web page 15 others compagnies for coupons.I know they will not be all yes but I have big hopes.I make a phrasal mistake with 3 compagnies but forgetting changing 1 sentence in my long text.Hope they will still send coupons.I should reread myself after each text..grrr ..I hate that
Now I need a break hahaha
    Tired of typing.
I have a automatic fill form but not for all the things. But I like this kind of relaxing night ..to think something else as the stress and the pressure of the school.
The goal is to live day by day not to much thinking hahaha !!!!

This week, social media channels seem wonky. For at least Mon-Wed, any personal Facebook pages that used to be on public settings seemed parked on their landing pages with some kind of privacy mutation token message in the url. Seems to have been resolved as of Thursday. One such page-I had saved a photo url from the person's FB last week. As long as I used the saved url, I was still able to see their photos. But typing in their FB url directly only allowed me to see the main page.

Also, the three Instagram viewers I have relied on for over 2 years to view public Instagram pages-not only do they seem to have the same Icelandic holding entity but this week, I could not access the Stories on anyone's account plus there seemed to be no new posts. Yesterday, I came). However, 5 accounts that usually I rely on to see events were static (or the viewers kept saying No Stories or Sorry Technical Issues)all week. Yesterday, I ran those accounts through the new viewers and one of them yielded some new Stories showing trip photos. Hurrah for 20-somethings with cellphones using Instagram and their penchant for quick posting! Earlier today, I was able to find 4 wedding images and a short video within 2 hours of the US relation's ceremony. Very happy for the souvenirs! Could not find the video and three images tonight-think it's a viewer issue. Hoping for a few more photos tomorrow.

I purchased three things and bought an Amazon Prime (one month)membership last night. Discovered House of Gucci on Prime Video and watched it because there was a long wait list for the library copies of the dvds. Pears liquid soap order came today. Got an email that the Prime membership payment did not go through-uh oh, was I off by a few dollars on my account balance or is there a charge that messed up my balance? Will tend to it tomorrow (just not feeling up to doing it today). My plan is get into some Prime content over weekend and next week then let it go.

On Twitter there is high praise for a Japanese Nivea Sun product (adult version-said not to be streaky and excellent gel product for face/neck application) but it seems very hard to acquire it if not in Toronto. Found the kids' version on Amazon CA (ships from UK and had a Sept 6 delivery date) and I saw mention of a eucalyptus scent (in a kids' product)? Pass-not a fan of that scent. I did try to place an order on T&T Supermarket site (that sunscreen is on sale at online price only) but when I tried to create an account and hit the Send Code button, I never got the verification code (tried several times). Sigh.

Mom did some grocery shopping and happily thought of watermelon! There will be much joy in the house tomorrow when that melon is sliced!

Really enjoyed the cooler temperatures for Saturday. Sunday will also have a cool wind-perfect for the Spectator Cup soccer games set in town for the day.

I had the wrong date in my head somehow…I thought I had more than 9 days before I move…I was wrong…

Since I’ll be travelling for two days of meetings shortly after I move, I’ll be fuelling up in a small city which has 3 Circle K locations to choose from and hopefully redeem more free prizes. Trying to make the best of it…

I picked up some good deals at Sobeys.
    7x 1L 2% milk (Aug 17) $1.34 - $0.75 coup
    3x $1.99 Montreal sandwich meat 175g
    2x $0.99 salad kits

Another box of kids clothes got picked up. A mom of 7 contacted me. She’ll pick up everything else when she comes to town on Tuesday.

The watermelon remains intact. Mom brought sweet cherries from somewhere and left them on the table in a bowl. I ate most of them! Hope they do something for my pain. Had sliced roast turkey luncheon meat sandwiches for breakfast and lunch plus 4 peaches (yes, it was worth the effort as my little tote bag just fit the 3L basket plus 3 other items and I was craving something different in fresh fruit!

Amazon-I updated my payment (changed nothing but hit the button) after I had gone this morning to feed cash to the bank ATM. Worked! Just have to wait until tomorrow for the socks (delayed due to being short a few $ in account). Lesson learned. Other clothing item arrived today as scheduled-will check fit prior to laundering it-true to fit, runs large, or runs small TBA).

Found only one new wedding photo in past hour for today. I've been checking all through the day and will have to say "maybe tomorrow...(cue Littlest Hobo theme song)" there will be something else to discover.

Yes, I used some bubble mix as well--very fun way to lighten a mood. Only just realized the inner bottle cap doubles as a holder for the wand-hadn't paid attention to the little slot in the second cap.

Decided not to venture out to the soccer games. Last match is underway in its first half. Will look forward to the sports write-up in the local daily paper.

One of the local children's/baby stores is doing a move after next week and most things in-store are on sale. Then store will be closed until reopening in a larger storefront in the same plaza in Sept. Owner intends to hold talks/classes for tots and moms in new location too. @coupon girl It's the Curated Cradle store in the Ancaster Village core (Village Green Plaza).

I am trying to avoid entering children's apparel stores now because I seldom leave empty-handed! I do love the greeting cards carried at Curated Cradle.

Bulk Barn fans-the new Ancaster store has 25% off store purchases until Aug.24. Portable sign and store sign indicate this deal. Will wait a couple of days before exploring the store. There's a Dollarama store next door plus La Rondine Occasions (which carries Mayoral baby/toddler apparel & footwear), all in the same plaza. If you are taking a trip to visit, do explore a bit. CIBC is there, TD is a block away with one outdoor drivethru ATM plus Royal Bank is across the street (where Food Basics and Shoppers are located). Fortinos in the adjoining plaza has one PC Financial ATM in the customer service area (near the west entrance of the store, just past the Wine Shop boutique).

    Hi All!

Wanted to go to Costco so made a day of it. Had free breakfast at the casino 1st . Brought home 2 beef dip meals- with fries/sweet potato fries.
Costco- Filled up tank I coasted in on fumes 152.9L.
Picked up a few items- gift for DS to add to his birthday bag, and a zip up hoody for me and the mascara 3pk.

Yesterday I cut up the watermelon I got a Walmart last week. It is huge and is taking up so much space in the fridge. I am forcing myself to eat a bowl full now to get it out of the fridge! I'm sure DS will eat some tonight once he gets home after his 12+ hr shift.

I’m baking and freezing treats. Recipes have to be nut free for my kids’ school. I’m also baking with nuts for at home. What are some of your favourite snacks that bake and freeze well? Looking to add to our list. Baking makes me happy and so does a freezer full of options.

We have lots of bananas waiting to be baked with. In August we’ve already made banana chocolate chip muffins and banana bread.
