    Good Morning! Thursday already!

My BIL called me yesterday morning asking if I wanted their dog for a few days and I said of course! He was in a town 20 mins from me for work so he dropped him off to me. We just returned from our morning walk and it is heating up out there already. So many things I want to do outside today but thinking I better make it an inside day since I can already feel the thick air in my lungs

Yesterday I cooked up all the fixings to make a nice pasta dish (and to use up the veggies in the fridge) At 4pm I started cooking and cooked up steak strips, peppers, onions and mushrooms. I also cooked up bacon and chopped up romaine. Then I cooked a pot of pasta. Put everything in its own container and washed all the pots. Then when we were hungry I pulled all the containers from the fridge and made pasta to order with a side ceaser salad. It was a hit!
Washed up all the dishes once done so just put them away this morning (after drying on the counter all night) So another start to the day with a clean kitchen...I love it!

Breakfast will be egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin and then will clean the dishes so it is spotless.
Dinner- Think tonight will be fend for yourself since that was suppose to be yesterday but then I found ambition to cook. May be a good night for the men to bbq burgers and sausage since we have buns for both.

Shopping- Just a few fresh things I plan on picking up. We don't really need anything and the flyers aren't showing anything I feel the need to stock up on.

    Have a great day!

Laundry is on the go! Load in the dryer that I will fold and put on DS's bed for him to put away.
Load in the washer that I will hang to dry.

Breakfast done and just have to wash a few dishes now. Then clean kitchen.

Have downtime for work (waiting on people to finish their thing so I can do mine!) So going to pick drawer and clean it out!

Good morning. It’s going to be a hot one today and then only get hotter!

Off to work shortly and then instead of an outdoor run or ride I think I’ll hit up the gym. Not only because of the heat but also there a bear in our neighborhood ( yes I wish I could hug the bear)

I always feel like we have packed so much to move out and then it barely makes a dent. We received the replacement for the broken table from Canadian Tire while we were away so that has been assembled and I think Friday we start the gazebo. I wish my youngest was here. He has a knack for this stuff.
Refilled the fridge today and used 150.00 in PCO and earned 20000 back so that was not a bad deal. No meat in this so hopefully the local butcher has a deal this weekend.

    Good Morning and TGIF!!

Took the pup for a walk this morning and it is already hot hot hot out there! He is getting comfy under my desk now

Started the work day early so I can shut down early. Pretty sure we will head to my sister's and return the pup later this afternoon. Busy weekend and we will all be gone tomorrow evening so don't want him to be home alone. And my sister and niece return home tomorrow from Niagara Falls (they are there with my sister's childhood friend that is visiting from South Africa!) My niece will be happy to have her puppy home.

We wanted to go to the beach yesterday early evening but the sun disappeared so hopefully we can go tomorrow afternoon before our gathering tomorrow night or go Sunday. Will pick up green onion later today and boil some eggs so I can make egg salad sandwiches My fav beach food! With fresh cut up fruit. Yum!!

    Have a wonderful weekend!

Just had a $20 Marketplace pick up! Added it to my "junk sold" envelope.
Only had the one ad up and have a 2nd one for sale but will delete it now and repost Sunday night (I arrange pick up for when I am home working- not going to play that game on the weekend!!)

Sunday I will organize and post lots for sale with hopefully pickups during the week.

    Good Morning Everyone,
Another insane week but should I expect any less at this point???

I did get held "hostage" by our plant manager which I expected but it was a bit more chaotic than I expected because I was also training and it was a short week so needless to say by the time I got home I was done.

The plan Thursday night was to grocery shop my way home but that did not happen for 2 reasons, the big one being I did not feel like it. The second reason being there really wasn't a lot in the flyers, don't get wrong there were a few things I would grab plus there are a few just need to grab things but there was nothing we needed for the weekend. So I did not grocery shop.

I did stop at Dollarama because we needed new Dish Cloths, I have crochet ones I make but Mom like a cloth one and a crochet one and all of our cloth ones were falling apart. Well I was there I also grabbed more of the Bins I have been using in the dining room because they finally had more of them. Plus I grabbed some pencil crayons for Mom they have these tins Mom likes so I grabbed 4 packs with different colours.

Then I ran into Staples to get some stuff I needed for a work project, they have a notebook I use when I am tracking my projects and I needed more, we used to buy them in bulk but have stopped so I just grabbed a few for myself.

Yesterday I did work from home but I did not get as much done as I had hoped so I was going to try to get some work done over the weekend but I woke up to an email that they forgot to tell us the plant is going down for maintenance which means the power is being turned off so the servers will be down. The servers went down before I woke up so I did not get a chance to pull my files from the server before we went down.

So now I need to come up with a plan B for today, not that I don't have a million other things I need to get done but was kind of looking forward to binge-watching a show and working on my work, so we shall see.

    Happy Saturday Everyone.

It’s a very rainy weekend here, yesterday we spent some time checking stuff off our long to do list, then went to a potluck at my brothers. Today will be more to do list and maybe my book. Sadly tomorrow is back to work. It was nice to have a week off.

    Good Morning Everyone,.
Trying to get my morning started but I have to admit the ambition level is not there today.

I know I have so much to get done but thinking maybe I just need to take this weekend off.

The servers did not come back up until 8:30 last night so I did not get my work done. I should work on that today but we will see.

Trying to use up some of the stuff in our fridge so last night Dinner was a baked Chicken Breast with Smashed Baby Potatoes and then we have a bunch of grilled veggies in the fridge we reheated and served on the side, oh my it was so easy to make but oh so good.

This morning I am having a bagel with Bacon, Cheese and Tomato as we have Bacon in the fridge and tomatoes to use up.

I will clean out the fridge and take out the garbage at some point today, I do not think there is much to go but I think there we are few things some leftover rice, a bit of a salad kit.

I should also write a meal plan for this week, I think most of the week I will be working from home (Happy Dance, I need to reorganize my life and hopefully let go of it sense of going in 500 directions at once which will hopefully help me to not feel so anxious as right now I am so focused on everything I am not getting done vs what I am getting done). A few ideas I have based on cravings and things in the fridge are:
    Slow Cooker Shawarma (Craving)
Chicken Parm (Have some Pasta sauce in the fridge to use up)
Ribs with Mac & Cheese (we have a frozen Mac & Cheese we can pull from the freezer and Mom has mentioned she is craving ribs)
Egg Roll in a Bowl (I have some Napa Cabbage to use up, plus I am craving those Asian flavours)

Thinking maybe I will put a movie on and try to get some work done.

    Happy Sunday Everyone.

Another scorcher today so laying low until the sun cools off a bit. I really want to check out Homesense but I have a feeling it will be packed and I'm not into that. I really don't need anything but I have this urge to browse in case I find something . Probably best to stay away and save $$$$. Mind you there's always Amazon

No grocery shopping needed as we are well stocked except for soap from Costco (on sale) and my parents want frozen strawberries.

    Stay cool everyone
