I was able to pick up more good deals at Sobeys, I just didn’t have the opportunity to post until now.

$9.99 compliments honey 1kg + 150pts each

$2.69 Quaker granola bars + 500pts wub4 - $1 coup = $0.44 each Before taxes
9x $1.49 Olymel hotdogs 1kg (already in the freezer)
2x discounted family packs of lean ground beef $3/lb (I turned this into 113 oven baked meatballs and put them in the freezer for easy meals)

A neighbour gave me a box of apples from their tree. A friend who lives on a farm gave me another 4 good sized zucchinis. I’ll have to process them on the weekend. Turn them into some yummy meals and prep to freeze for future baking. My kids really enjoyed the chocolate zucchini muffins that I baked a few weeks ago. That recipe uses honey, as do the chickpea muffins that I mix up in the blender. Believe it or now, the chickpea muffins are a hit and I made a nut free version.

Found a bag of Goldfish crackers dropped outside of RCSS. The packaging was a little beaten up, but the bag's integrity had not been breached. They made for a nice snack while walking.

Good Morning Everyone,
Apparently me and mornings are going to struggle this week. I woke up before my alarm and said ok, let's get up, let's make that bread, next thing I knew it was 6:30, I fell back asleep but also have no memory of shutting off my alarm at 6.

I do not know if it was the weather yesterday or what but the sinuses were not happy but I felt okay until dinner time. Well making dinner I got hot and moody (I can admit it, I was moody) but feeling better today. Needless to say the bread did not get made but I realized this morning, why am I worrying about making bread, I have a whole Costco size loaf of Rye Bread in the basement freezer because I went through a Rye Bread phase and I love the one from Costco.

This morning I am trying to knock out the work things but our VPN keeps knocking me off. I am back on now hopefully it is happy now and I can get all the things done because Dad has been sending a lot my way.

I need to remember to take some breaks today and move around as yesterday I was so focused I did not and my body felt it.

Time to get back at it. Happy Tuesday Everyone.

Good Morning! We have sunshine and a blue sky!

Busy work morning but I am on a roll and will hopefully finish all my reports by noon.
(funny how the month end reports were so scary years ago and now I feel like I do them while sleeping)

My planned road trip with my bestie is not working for me timewise for work. (it was already not the best timing but now it is pretty impossible unless I take my laptop with me and check into work and that isn't what I want to do when I am trying to have a week of screen free time!) I need to see if we can move the date by a week. (she is her own boss so it should be ok) We haven't booked anything and were leaving it last minute so I don't think it will be an issue.

Making my lasagna this afternoon after I get my work done. The tomatoes... not sure if I am up for it today- hopefully tomorrow!
I also want to get on laundry and wash bedding but that will have to wait till tomorrow or Thursday.

I made overnight oats last night for my breakfast today and I love it!!! I had made them before and was not a fan but this time worked!!
I will make sure to make it the exact same way tonight!

My brother in law is finally going home from the hospital. 1.5 months after being hit by a car while out riding his scooter in Toronto. It will be so nice for him and my sister to finally have him home. I am sure there is still some recovering to do.

Finished painting the small bathroom,nice grey .I just have to scrub the floor and wash the bit of paint off the trim ,son will give us ceiling paint to use so we dont have to buy that .

Hung one load out so nice and warm today ,off to get the girls from after care at 3.15 as Cara has dance around the corner from her house.Just helping out as needed.

Lizzie -nice that your brother-in-law is coming home after that length of time.
My brother age 77 is in the hospital in London,Ontario 5 days now he is having a ton of tests .We are hoping to see him next week younger brother ,hubby and i .

Nice that they let you convert dream miles to cash miles. I remember when they locked the dream miles a while ago.

yes @Shwa Girl I remember fighting with them that they refused to let me transfer them over. So they just sat on the Dream side for what? 2 years or more?
Hooray that they now changed their minds, but I believe it's only offered to the Onyx tier members.

@walkonby this was going on for a while . I did all my dream miles a while back. Glad you get to do it . For the past couple months sometimes people complain that the transfer was not working

lol!! @flemeth Now that figures because I literally gave up asking to have them transferred, simply stopped asking them and yet they never once reached out in an email to me to say they had changed their policy?? No biggie as I'm near finished playing the AM game altogether. Not much in it for me once Metro left. That left Shell the only place I would earn at or redeem AM for, so I've switched to pumping gas at PetroCan as they have good offers and I get the 13 cents off a Litre with my Fuel Savings card and RBC CC to pay.

Found an abandoned pick-axe and two containers of sani-wipes at a cleared encampment. I have no need for a pick, but still carried it 12km home, hoping to find a use for it. I just abhor waste.
